Adjustment to Electricity Planning in Dien Bien Province

The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) has released document number 7522 BCT DL, which communicates adjustments to the national electricity development plan, known as Power Plan VIII, for Dien Bien Province. This document was signed by Deputy Minister Truong Thanh Hoai on September 19, 2026.

The updates were made following a review of requests from the People's Committee of Dien Bien Province and an assessment report from the Electricity Regulatory Authority, incorporating feedback from relevant specialized agencies.
